Nasdaq Boardvantage

A paperless boardroom for effective corporate governance.

Managing complex global operations requires best in class technology solutions. The Maples Group utilises Nasdaq Boardvantage® to supplement its robust company secretarial and board support services offering, providing clients with effective online meeting and entity document management functionality.

With its intuitive and user-friendly interface, Nasdaq Boardvantage enhances the user’s experience of accessing and navigating both meeting materials and entity documentation. Authorised representatives can easily access the documents they need from a fully integrated and centralised storage location.

The comprehensive file repository and multi-device access (including smartphones and tablets) have been designed with security in mind. Nasdaq Boardvantage offers protection features for document storage and distribution. These measures include configurable access controls, two-factor authentication, data encryption, and data integrity checks designed to detect manipulation attempts and a tamper proof audit trail.

Nasdaq Boardvantage provides the ability to sync meeting materials for offline access, while users can bookmark and annotate documents with specific feedback, in a fully searchable, agenda-driven navigation environment.

Use of the file repository feature within Nasdaq Boardvantage may support the Maples Group’s Irish clients in their efforts to address the Central Bank’s CP86 requirement for fund management companies to maintain entity records securely in or from Ireland.  Where funds are not subject to CP86 regulations this repository may still provide an additional layer of good governance.
